Shanequa is With Intention’s Chief Financial Officer where her primary role is overseeing finances and expenses. She graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management.  Shanequa continues to strive for professional and personal growth and is now the Owner of Blue Moon Estate Sales where she helps families transitioning to their next stage by downsizing or liquidating their personal belongings.

Shanequa was born and raised in Newark, NJ and was the first in her family to attend college.  She started With Intention as a method of giving back to the community in the hopes of making a positive difference in the lives of others.  Shanequa brings her leadership, business, and project management experience to With Intention and is excited by the potential impact the organization will make!
