Novlette Harris serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of With Intention LLC, where she handles public relations and promotion.  Novlette was born in New Brunswick, NJ and raised in Somerset, NJ.

She attended Rutgers University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Studies.  While at Rutgers, she led the state’s largest student run Caribbean organization, "WISO", where she played an integral part in planning and managing large scale events.  She currently leads an Employee Planning Committee.

Novlette’s decision to be a part of With Intention LLC came from the lack of positive social events for young adults in the community.  Novlette brings her networking skills, as well as her event planning and leadership skills to With Intention LLC.  Novlette is eager to see what great things With Intention LLC will bring to the community!
